MAIV is a unique offering. There are many companies who tokenize real-estate, fractionalize assets, and sell these via tokens, providing a share of rental revenue relative to ownership share. However, we believe this to be a highly variable market with lower returns and more risk.
Participation across all three tiers will be incentivized through the distribution of exclusive MAIV NFTs, each offering remarkable utility and diverse use cases:
Tier 1: 20 Platinum NFTs (plus an additional 10 for the existing MAIV community). Only 30 will ever be in circulation. Holders will enjoy VIP access to all platform features, unlimited pool usage, invitations to exclusive in real life (IRL) events, and the option to bring a guest.
Tier 2: 50 Gold NFTs (plus an additional 20 for the existing MAIV community). Only 70 will ever be in circulation. Holders will gain access to all platform features and pools, along with invitations to exclusive IRL events.

Participants in IDO have the exclusive opportunity to acquire equity in MAIV’s European registered funding company at no additional cost. MAIV’s registered company will have the first approval of its kind for fundraising & funding activity across both Web2 & Web3, commercial and private.
